Understated mountain luxury in Chamonix

This luxury ski chalet is tucked away near woodland in Les Bois, one of the more exclusive areas of the Chamonix valley. Its position permits easy access to the slopes with the Flegere lift station just a 2 minute drive away and Les Grands Montets 6 minutes away. There's nothing ostentatious about this property, just understated luxury that is instantly appealing the moment you walk through the door. Solid oak flooring and high quality wood furnishings appear throughout the chalet. The owners appear to have thought of everything even down to the subtle presence of integral stair gates. The spacious living area is dressed with a mixture of leather and fabric soft furnishings. A large L shaped sofa and cowhide armchairs create a relaxing environment around a massive TV and a large open fireplace. A great spot for guests to kick back and relax. The kitchen is a chef's delight with ample work surface, storage and equipment. The granite work tops and wooden doors give a country house feel. What's more its theatre style makes it perfect for serving and interacting with everyone dining. From the dining area, large sliding doors open out onto the terrace and to the 7 person outdoor Jacuzzi where you can unwind amongst the bubbles as you watch the sun go down

All the bedrooms have beautiful built-in wardrobes and storage, TVs and DVDs, luxury linen and bathroom products. On this the first floor there are 3 bedrooms; a double/twin bedroom with an en suite featuring a walk-in shower. And for families in particular, there is a double/twin bedroom that links to a bunkroom via the shared en suite bathroom and wc. The bath has an integral shower. The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level and include a double/twin room with walk-in shower and another double/twin room with an en suite bath and integral shower. Just down the hall is a steam room and shower, a utility room, cloakroom storage and of course, a ski and boot room. With undercover parking for 2 vehicles, there's no need to step in the snow until you reach the lifts.
